Stephen C. Angle is professor of Philosophy and East Asian Studies at Wesleyan University. He specializes in Chinese Philosophy, Confucianism, Neo-Confucianism, and comparative philosophy, with research focused on philosophy’s role in politics and ethics both in China and globally.
